SHIPPING

Most of our products are made to order. Depending on the complexity of the piece and the materials needed, shipping can take 1-2 weeks. For smaller items that are usually in stock, we aim to ship in 2-3 days.

We ship all packages via Royal Mail. Your package will be descrete with no exterior marks identifying the Kink Forge.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect in the product itself. We cannot resell these products if there is a risk that they have been used.

Faulty or defective items can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thekinkforge.co.uk and we will provide an address to return the item.
